Cargo Crest is a logistics brand operating across both B2B and B2C segments. The engagement involved building a complete digital and brand presence from the ground up, along with a SaaS platform aimed at simplifying freight-forwarding operations.
The primary challenge was to clearly translate Cargo Crest’s brand vision and mission for two distinct user groups—business clients and end customers—while simultaneously delivering branding, a website, and a SaaS product within aggressive timelines.
As Project Manager and Delivery Lead, I handled requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, resource deployment, and end-to-end delivery. I oversaw branding and website execution and led the UX design for Shippage, the SaaS freight-forwarding platform, ensuring clarity, usability, and speed without compromising quality.
Delivered a fully customized website in 7 days and shipped the SaaS product UX within 2 months.
