ITC Classmate

Overview
ITC Classmate aimed to expand its digital learning ecosystem through engaging educational games designed for mobile and tablet users. The initiative required fresh concepts, strong experience thinking, and seamless collaboration across multiple creative disciplines to ensure both educational value and engagement.
The challenge was to build multiple educational game concepts entirely from scratch while aligning designers, copywriters, interns, and senior creatives under tight timelines. This had to be achieved without compromising creativity, learning outcomes, or consistency across experiences.
I led end-to-end ideation and experience direction, defined creative frameworks, and created mood boards to align the team early in the process. By structuring workflows, enabling parallel execution across design and content, and managing a cross-functional team of five, I ensured clarity in ownership, timelines, and creative consistency across all game concepts.
Successfully delivered 9 educational games from concept ideation to final design execution.
• Established a scalable creative workflow for future releases
• Enabled faster ideation-to-delivery cycles
• Maintained consistent experience quality across all games
Letchumi brought strong leadership to a complex creative process. From ideation to execution, she aligned teams, timelines, and creative direction seamlessly. The ability to take multiple game concepts from idea to delivery—without losing quality—was a key strength.
